That is exactly what I'm saying. :)

A battery extender is a pack that you can plug into your Ax that usually holds 4 AA batteries. If your main battery is fully charged the Ax will draw current from the battery pack. When battery pack drains you just swap the batteries for new ones and keep rolling. Do an ebay search for your axim model # and "battery extender" and you'll see a million of them. You can also build your own-- there are tutorials here to walk you thru it if you aren't afraid of a soldering iron.
