investigating and discussing this issue internally with both the customer
experience and product teams.
As advised, based on anticipated customer demand, a decision was made to not
offer a program in Asia Pacific to upgrade to PocketPC 2003 for existing
Axim customers. However, this decision is currently being evaluated based
upon customer feedback, such as your own. I will communicate directly with
you regarding the outcome of this evaluation as soon as possible.
