Sure its easy to say well it should of been tested first. And yes it should have. But thats not the way it works.

Umm...I don't hear HP, Viewsonic, and Toshiba complaining about
their rollouts of WM2003.
On top of that, this just shows that Dell won on price in the beginning, but in the end (with the upgrade) you know just how cheap their hardware is. It tells me that their hardware couldn't handle to added components. I always wondered how you could fit leather grips, fast connectivity, and a popular OS in a $200 price range...
