My backup battery meter states that my backup battery is at 90% (yesterday it was 80%), and I've only had my Axim since last Friday. I have never let the main battery go below 50% yet it appears as though the backup battery is being drained. Since it went up to 90% today, I'm guessing something is wrong with the sensor. My question is, has anyone heard from Dell on this issue? I've contacted them via email and so far the only point me to a link that shows how to check the battery meter, sorry... but that wasn't my problem!!

I do not want a faulty device, and I want to know what Dell plans to do about this problem.

Other than this, I am happy with this device.
