Mobility Site - View Single Post - [REL]Windows Vista Portable Edition[QVGA]

I've never used a WAD theme and I cant get it to work, I go to the folder that the theme is in (ie \Program files\Windows vista-WAD\Desktop and no theme shows up ...what am I doing wrong??
