I did purchase it from their site directly.
I have been replying to their mesages providing my key and I have also been sending it to
support@mastersoftmobilesolutions.com (or whatever it is as I have been replying)
I have not only sent one message I have sent 4-5
Edit: Whenever I check my filters it shows me that emails from
support@mastersoftmobilesolutions.com is allowed
