My 30 days are up July 30th. Suggestions on should I RMA now and get a new one once it is fixed or wait and use the upgrade/patch? I bought this for for $257.

Couple of questions though weighs in my decision:

1. After the patch if something is wrong I can send it back for replacement but get a refurb correct?

2. If I use the patch and it screws it up will dell stand behind it?
(see previous post)

3. How have other upgrades/patches gone with regards to the Axim? Smooth oir a nightmare?
