Back to your question. Where did you try to play it, on the desktop or on your Axim? If on the Axim, did you use TCPMP? Give as many details of what you did as possible.
How much free space on your hard drive do you need per DVD? Most DVD's are single sided and max out at a little over 4 gigs right? Does FU need space for the image, the end product and some working room?
