I have X50v which won't turn off while in cradle. No big problem since I turn it off myself but I do Sprite backup nightly and when X50 reset, it won't turn off. I soft reset, took out the battery cover and made sure it is closed securely. Same problem. I set it to turn off after 5 minutes, tried 1 minute, no help. Out of cradle, it turns itself off with no problem.

Any solution, anyone?
