Mine has been at 70% for a few days, went back to 80% one day and then back to 70%.   I'll have to ship it back to Dell anyways due to a problem with the d-pad (right push..).
Hi Martin

Mine has the d-pad problem also. It works ok for most of what I do but still not the way it should. I just ordered one for my wife and it will be here early next week. It will be interesting to see if the problem is fixed.

The d-pad has little 4 dimples at the 4 directions, I assume this is so you can press it with the stylus. Will it work properly by using the stylus to push in this area only? Mine will not register at all if done this way. You need to press closer to the centre.
Can anyone with a good one let us know if it will work pressing with the stylus in the dimples?

If you have a digital meter it would be nice to know what the voltage is at 70%.
