Yeah, their email notification system leaves a lot to be desired. I called customer support a couple of weeks ago due to shipping concerns with my replacement Ax. The rep told me I could sign up to get an email notification when it shipped. I told him that I had tried that with previous orders I had placed and it didn't work. A few minutes after I got off the phone with him, I got this confirmation for signing up for email notification. I guess he decided to sign me up. I've had my replacement for a couple of weeks now. Still waiting on the notification email from Dell.
