Is there any software that can play Flash .FLV files (those files that you see on YouTube, Google Video, etc) on Pocket PC?

Yes, I know that I can use a converter to first convert FLV to AVI or MPG and then watch it it on my Pocket PC, but are there any direct FLV Players for Pocket PC? (just like there are direct FLV players for Windows)
