Finally got the chance to try out a video file but run into some problems. Hopefully someone here can help me out.

I just got an Axim X30 few weeks ago. I upgraded the rom from A00 to A05. The windows Media player is version 10, same version as the WMP on my PC. I donwnloaded a short video clip called "Supermovie" to try out. using the Card reader I copied the video to my SD card. Using the WMP I can hear the audio but don't see the video on the axim.

Download the TCPMP (freeware) v0.71 play with the same files all went well.

I though it might have something to do with converting to WMP format so I used the WMP from PC to sync the video clip. Same results. When I checked the properties of the video files. I notice the Audio codec = Windows Media Audio 9.1 and Video is Windows Media Video 9 as well but I have WMP 10 on both device.

Can someone tell me why I only have audio and no video when using the WMP?
and how can I resolve the issue?
