I have a problem w/ my Sandisk 128MB SD too!
I used to use that card on my Panasonic digital camaoder and it worked fine, but after i got my Axim i formated my card and used it on Axim. The SD worked fine for a week and suddenly went out of buniess! I tried and tried but my PC and Axim kept telling me there was NO DISK!!! :(
Finally i contacted Sandisk last week and sent it back for a new one. Now i am using PNY 128MB SD. I got my PNY on discount(only $59), and it comes with lifetime warranty (Sandisk only has 5 years). :D
