The pages are saved in the temp internet files, do usually if you just go to history and find the page you can get right back to it when offline. As long as you dont delete the temp internet files or history. You can also view and interact with saved flash content in FlashAssist. This software works with flash 7, (Ive tried), and its free. The only down side is it doesnt work in landscape. It still works good for portrait on wm2003se and lower.
