You can get close with Pocket Informant. I use colors for my different categories, including work. I also work a somewhat unconventional work schedule. In PI, there is a 12 month view, which you can then filter by category. When I click on the the work category, for instance, all days that I work throughout the year show up in blue. The caveat is that it does not display the hours in the 12 month view. For that you will have to select the month or week view.

Not perfect but may meet the basic need.
