The categories I'm trying to delete show up when I select the "more..." option, but do not show up when I click on the Add/Delete tab (so I'm unable to select them and delete them). I've tried adding them and deleting them a second time using the Add/Delete tab but they continue to show up in the drop down menu. Any other suggestions?
