Well... that's weird.

Well, okay. excruciating instructions:

A. Install fmodce.dll
1. Download fmodce.zip
2. Open fmodce.zip in WinRAR for Windows
3. Find the version of fmodce.dll that's right for your PDA
4. Copy that version of fmodce.dll to the Windows directory of your PDA

B. Install PocketGBA
1.Download RAR file
2. Open RAR file using WinRAR for Windows
3. Copy the contents of the file to a folder on your pocketPC
4. Click on pocketGBA.exe in the folder you put it in

It can cure cancer and get out those tough, ground-in dirt and grass stains!
