Under WM5, as
I've also explained in my blog, IEM no longer uses the "old" registry key to store the User-Agent info. It uses
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Internet Settings\
5.0\ User Agent
