yet another failed attempt to exchange my x50
I bought my x50 a month before receiving the wm5 upgrade. In the last couple weeks I have wasted counless hours with dell reps. recently received a rejection from the exception comittee -referring me back to tech support. I believe I have done everything suggested on this site, in order to convince Dell to echange it for a x51. I still have two months left on my warranty.
it's not clear to me why others seem to have succeeded in this ghastly endeavor.
any straightforward solutions?
