Question Note Taking: Saves folder structure, compable with MS Word

I'm looking for a Note Taking application for the PDA that allows me to save in a folder structure and in a format that MS Word can read. Inking is not required at all since I will be typing everything with a keyboard. Here's what I plan to do
  • Type Notes with keyboard
  • Save in specified folder
  • Sync with desktop using Activesync's Files sync
  • Open with MS Word to read/edit
  • Auto syncs back to PDA by Activesync
  • Open back up on PDA seeing everything exactly like desktop

Currently MS Word on the PDA does everything I need except for the "Saving in specified folder" While I can save it into a specified folder, it doesn't recognize any folders past the first subfolder. Meaning if I have

/My Documents/Work/Meeting

MS Word on the PDA won't see it Right now I can only have my stuff saved under

/My Documents/Work

All I want is that one extra feature where I can see the document under numerous subfolders and the ability to auto save it there.

Ideas?
