What I meant is that how can it be 110%? Its like a coach saying "Give it 110% effort!" How is that possible?
Second of all, I find that 1 GHZ does work, because its not using the FSB and memory that much (I use a card), whatever the case, its defately faster.
Third of all, I DO NOT use the 2700g acceleratrion BECAUSE, theres a bug
. The blue bar at the top is fuzzy, and takes up about half of the screen. Without acceleration, theres the on screen save/load/A/B buttons, I like that.
P.S. I have no frameskipping, processor underclocked to 550 mhz, or whatever it is, sound on, and still get 99%-110% speed.
