Its not that hard, just take a bit of plastic, or whatever you have, maybe even a cd or something, and put it next to the Axim (to protect against condenstation)

Then, cut it to the right size, take more plastic, and make it the right size for your ice pack, a bit bigger so it can slide in and out, if you need to, and epoxy or hot glue it together.

Then, just tape, or whatever it on to the case, and there you go.

P.S. If you are using a case, depending on the case, you may not need to do the first step, as the case should protect the Axim from condensation.

P.S.S. On of those small floppy cases might work too.
