Backup problems
Please advise. I can't seem to back up. Every time I first put the device in the charging cradle, the systems knows it is there and it is connected via active sync.
However, when I click on Backup nothing happens at all. It was doing fine a few days ago.
Any ideas? Are there any good, inexpensive third party programs that are more reliable at backing up?
