I was going to delete this comment but decided to leave it in and remind people of the caution on the first post of the thread where it says, "do not go into any kind of discussion here." Please don't post opinions, just your direct observations. Akheron said the supprt was satisfactory. For him, it was. that's a fact. If anyone else doesn't think so, post your direct experience as a fact, but no editorials, please. It's ok to say "Support was unsatisfactory because it took three weeks to get an answer to my email." because for you, that's a fact. It's not ok to say "worst support ever" because that's an opinion and unverifiable.
