Under Settings > Lock, the "Prompt if device unused for" check box and drop down are both grayed out. It's currently set to 15 minutes. I'm using a simple PIN password.

I have no problem using the password, I just can't change the password prompt.

I don't know what triggered this, but it occurred sometime after I upgraded from A6 to A12 and ActiveSync 4.0 to ActiveSync 4.2.

I know I didn't provide a lot of information to go on, but does this sound familiar to anyone? I searched the forum, but I could not find a solution.
