your dell might not have one, but it probly does, if you have some sort of automatic fan on that p4, it has a fan sensor and cpu temp sensor.. end of story. which if im not mistaken, unless you have like, one of the very first first p4's you have some sort of cpu throttling, because everyone and intel knows, p4's are very hot.
