Just read the procedure about 5 times slowly and then do EXACTLY what it says. That's what I did and it worked.

i had put my pocket to repair service(not belong to Dell company)
! but i'm not sure they can fix it ! because in my country have no Dell repair services
they will return it on 27/7 .if there nothings change , i will try again by using SD card and again with dump rom:rolling:
