Hiya, DavidLennartz, sorry for taking so long to get back to you! I missed the post; so much to do!
Unzip them into a folder onto your PDA (I have them in BIS under My Documents/SignFCs), and open any of the html files (okay, start with Sign_A.htm). You can download directly to your PDA and unzip if you have a utility to do that, as well. Total Commander works, it's free; visit MyPDA for a link.
