Possible, but unless you have tweaked the registry it is more likely memory. How much does your X50V show you have in Start/Settings/System/Memory under Free (both Storage and Program)?
Oh, and you have done a soft reset recently, right? Almost a silly question, since it is a Windows product, but had to ask....
