Start with a new task. On the "Occurs:" line (Subject, Priority, Status, Starts, Due, Occurs, Reminder are the options from top to bottom), change it from the default of "Once" to one of the three default choices or select "<Edit pattern...>" and enter your own pattern. You can set reminders for each occurence with the next line.
