I searched google for wisbar when I first installed it. I did not find much but here are the links

There is also a wisbar fourm with a theme topic area. Not a lot there but you can get some good ideas

I've been trying to make my own using photoshop. Its a little time consuming at first but Im starting to get the hang of it. For buttons you can create them from scratch or resize pictures and use them. Check out the Discussion Fourm there is some pretty good info for making your own.
