Why can't Dell stop all this speculation and false rumours and put out a statement telling us what is going on and when we can expect to see our upgrades or fixes?
After ignoring the sixth email I have sent, the only way I have of knowing what is happening is my delivery date changes on a daily basis, I nearly catch up with it and then it moves right by three days. Is this some sort of game? How many customers are they losing by all this bad press? Other companys must be laughing their socks off! Or do they have problems also?
