Mobility Site - View Single Post - Activesync keeps asking me to 'rename' my device

I just updated to ActiveSync 4.2 and A12 on my X51V now I get the:
"A device with that name already exists. Please rename" message a lot.

I only dock it with one PC.

Any ideas?
