Vito ringtone editor works for me. It supports wma files and edits and converts them to mp3's. The downside is, it's designed for pocket pc phones so it saves the tone in \Windows\Rings. You just need to find the ringtone and bluetooth or infrared it to your phone. This program is good because it edits and converts to mp3's at the same time and runs on your axim rather than your pc.
