Mobility Site - View Single Post - HELP!!! Music files skip or stop. Tried everything

I have a similar issue,

Same setup (see below)
have not reformatted card (too much on it)...
The skipping I overcame with withMP3 buffering, Increased and skipping/popping removed. but after 30mins or so it stops, that is the axim eventually resets itself..

Any ideas would be nice.

Software running at startup or in today screen are,
td clock
tdlaunch
todaysinfo
switcher
pocketcandy (have to have a matrix screen saver)
side-x

Then the only app running is withMp3........
