Thanks for the replies! I tried Mightysync and on a test of 1 folder it worked. Unfortunately, it wouldn't work after that initial trial. After a few attempts, I was ready to contact their support. Even though I suspect the fault lies with my PC, I hoped that they would give me a clue as to what went wrong. For the heck of it, I gave Mobsync anther try...and it worked. Because I had removed all the sync folders, it was a little work to get everything back. I've reset and resync'd several times with success. I don't have a clue why after repeated re boots, uninstalls and re installs with nothing to show but failure suddenly it turned around. I suspect I'll be revisiting this issue again. This is the strangest computer problem I've seen. No reason why it broke nor how it got fixed!
