DELL: Oh, I am sorry sir, let me double check that for you {rattle-rattle-rattle - c'mon babies, daddy needs a believable number - tumble-tumble-tumble} Ah, yes...here we are..the dice..mmmm..the script..mmmm..my supervisor, yeah...my Supervisor says it's really shipping on September 3rd."

LMAO Star!!! That is exactly how I feel most times. Also, to the Dell employees (or other company's CSRs), do you guys have an On/Off toggle switch on the keyboard or something? :p hehe
I swear every time I call a tech line (which believe me is very rare....I try to leave this for just shipping/billing problems, or if I'm having problems with getting a signal on my cable modem...stupid DNS servers)....hehe got off on a tangent there. Anyhow, every time I call a tech line, I can hear the CSR typing about the equivalent of 100+ WPM for about 5 minutes straight....all the while saying, "Sorry for the wait, I'm checking the system to see what the problem is". There is
nothing that would require them to type that much info!! My theory is you guys just have a switch to turn keyboard off.....or the lazy man's way of just opening up a blank Word doc and going crazy with your fingers. :p
