Overclocking and Hardware Failure

Has anyone ever damaged their Axim with Overclocking??

I've been doing a little research and haven't found any reports of overclocking damaging the processor beyond use. Understandably, any damage to your Axim from continuously overclocking the processor voids your warranty, but has it ever come to that in anyone's experience?

Also, I'm wondering what the effects of the lifespan of the processor is...

Supposedly, with a regular PC processor, the percent increase is supposed to decrease the life of your processor by that amout, i.e a 200 Mhz overclocked to 300 Mhz would half the lifespan. I'm curious as to how much of a hit the xScale's would take on lifespan. Gauging the typical life of a PDA, I'm sure the processor would last longer than most of the other components, so this may be a moot question.

I wish I had the disposable income, I'd buy a few machines to test...
