I have tried everything you could possibly think of- hard reset, soft reset, removing 1 battery, then the other, then both, and AC power...still nothing. The bad thing is Dell/AirBorne has no idea that I returned my replacement, so they are charging me 326 dollars. I was going to send them mine back if it doesnt get worked out, but now it's dead...
