ActiveSync is capable of syncing more than one device. However, some things to be aware of:

1. You will need to upgrade to AS 4.x as it is required for WM5 devices. Unfortunately, you will lose the ability to wifi sync.

2. If you want to maintain separate profiles for each device, you will either have to use separate Windows logons, or create separate Mail profiles in your Control panel. If you choose the latter, you will be prompted to select the profile you want to sync with.

3. Make sure you give each device a unique name. However, this will not ensure separate profiles unless you do step #2.
