Thanks for the quick reply, version 4.x it is then but what are profiles, what effect does running both devices under the same profile have, and similarly for separate profiles on each device? I only need one shared set of contacts/emails/tasks & notes and want these to be both duplicated and changable from either device... would this be what having both devices under a single profile enable me to do?
