Addendum:

I see in Table 3-1 for the PXA250 that there are other PXBus possibilities of 118, 132, 147, and 165 MHZ but some bump the MEM,LCD frequencies up and the SDRAM frequencies down so I am not sure which if any are usable or desirable.
