How do I check and see if they are protected or not? All of the files came from the exact same place and some work and some don't. I don't understand why some would be protected while others aren't. Anyway, I changed to external parser, and the program no longer locks up on me, but each time it says that there's not enough storage available to complete the operation. I have over 74 GB of free space though, so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm so illiterate when it comes to things like this.
