Hi everyone,

you may wanna give this a shot:

if u are using Sygate, gets 'hang' on "retrieving settings" and NO sync between ppc pda and pc, try this:

go to 'start', go to 'sygate' program, click File, click Exit.

then hook up ppc pda, and sync.

:exc: WARNING:exc: : enable your Sygate again after u're done with sync or your system will be vulnerable.
