It could be for a few reasons.
1) The release failed internal testing and therefore not suitable for public distribution
2) A particular release number may never be intended for the public but only internal groups. A feature might get added or a nasty bug might get fixed. They want they software test groups to take a look at it before other features/bugs get added.
3) A release could just be for manufacturing reasons. Let's say Dell finds a battery maker that's cheaper but they need to read the power status differently. They add the code to all future releases but need to get one to their factory right away.

that right:) with that versions ( test version are X0x-Xxx...) number is taken from them...
and DELL stoped developing but not support...there will be next revision
