Hi I'm pretty new at this stuff I bought my axim x5 used it has Microsoft reader on it I bought it for reading I bought 2 books off of ebookmall.com and I get the error message reader can no longer access this book I know theres another forum about this alredy but I'm new and it didn't help much I'll tell you what I've done already for the last 6 hours I've checked for updates did that reactivated both ppc and computer then tried again same thing I deleted both redownloaded reactivated 3x still the same error message
I've also deleted everything including books and downloaded them again same error a ebook did work the ones that require the activation but then when I deleted and redid evrything now that one doesn't work either???????????? please help me I don't know much tec words so keep it simple please natasha
