On the sync question. You will have to use a helper program to do that. Mobsync allows you to specify any folder or file on your ax and your pc to sync together. You can decide what to do with deleted files like put in recycle bin on the pc or a specified folder on the ax. you can also decide whether it is a one way or two sync. There is a beta version that is freeware. The developer has just released a paid version.
I'm sorry. Search is indeed your friend. The resources (thanks to aximsite members) are too extensive to list in one thread. Check out the stickies at the beginning of the threads. There are several that are devoted for excellent freeware. There are also paid programs that folks wouldn't live without. So pull up an axim, set a spell and enjoy.
