Ok, I did find one that does that: the 'Join the Empire' Star Wars fan film. I just clicked OK and encoded it anyway. But as I've said on several occasions, I always use the Lame MP3 codec rather than default Fraunhofer one. In mono, Fraunhofer will always go out of sync almost immediately but stays in sync in stereo. (Although I've read several articles that state that Fraunhofer will lose sync over a period of time regardless of mono or stereo) Every single video I've encoded using Lame stays perfectly in sync when played back on the Pocket PC. Lame gets my highest vote for 'must have' right along with DivX itself.
