Mobility Site - View Single Post - How to to disable activesync popup windows?

I open the activesync v 4.2 on the computer and go to tool/options but there is no rules tab. I have only the files and folders I want sync'd to the axim X51v. Now I might be going to the wrong place and if so please advise.
